How it began

Some synchronous moments, not only capture our attention, but they also re-route our trajectory. Such was the case for me about 15 years ago when I’d suffered a trifecta of huge setbacks.

One night when I was certain I’d hit rock-bottom, I scraped myself off of the floor of my tiny apartment, and I found myself in the back corner of a used bookstore I’d never set foot in before.

Hanging on the edge of a stack of unrelated books (almost as if it were laid out just for me) was a little book called Hidden Messages in Water,’ written by Dr. Masaru Emoto. Unfamiliar with the content, I took it home and read it from cover to cover. His focus was on water, and he theorized that our intentions have the capacity to create visible impacts on our surroundings.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the author and found out that he lived in Japan. But interestingly, he was actually scheduled to conduct a presentation in my local area only 3 days from then (Aug. 14th). I purchased a ticket, attended the event and had an opportunity to meet the author. It was fabulous.

Only two months later, I learned that Dr. Emoto passed away on Oct.17th. Oddly, in between the time that I'd met Dr. Emoto, I’d met my life partner –– whose birthday was actually Oct. 17th. If I hadn't followed the signs, not only would I have missed the opportunity to meet an amazing consciousness pioneer, but I might not have even connected with my life partner.

Timing is everything.

Everything is interconnected.

Following the flow, my curiosity into the unknown expanded even more. I took a deep dive into studying personal development, various modalities of energy healing, and the mysteries of the quantum world. I learned that the roadmap back to my sacredness had always been present; I just hadn't realized it. Any prior (perceived) setbacks I’d experienced had actually been learning initiations and the building blocks required for something far greater and more beneficial than I could’ve imagined.

In retrospect, it all made sense.

In early childhood and throughout adolescence, dreamwork (in the sleep state) was what provided the in-roads to my personal healing. With practice, I gained valuable understanding of signs, symbols and the ability of vivid recall, which brought deeper awareness from the unconscious and subconscious worlds to the conscious.

Throughout adulthood, an interest in arts, sciences and human ecology took center stage. To add, involvement in music and creative arts taught me about the incredible healing codes woven into sound and light; how vibration translates into form and pattern. Working in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur fostered my ability to bridge relationships, use my analytical skills, and solve complex problems.

In the last decade, I’ve allowed myself space to strengthen the connection to my own body and mind. Integrating the physical, emotional, and mental aspects was key to a more responsible, grounded way of accessing the non-physical or spiritual worlds.

This is the Cliff'sNotes' version of my personal evolution. If you want to know more, I’m eager to share my learning with you. If you’re hearing the call, it would be my honour to help usher you into a more soulful and heart-centered life.

With love and gratitude,
